I'm a garden designer passionate about bringing Spatial Clarity + Wild Beauty to private and public gardens and landscapes.
What drives my work
Two forces shape every garden I design. Spatial Clarity gets the bones right — the routes, the rooms, the thresholds, the views — so a garden feels instinctive, easy and joyful to move through, generous in its sense of space, even when small. Wild Beauty is what happens within that framework: characterful trees and planting that move in the wind, seasonal designs that boost biodiversity — gardens that attract wildlife and give you the perfect place to sit and enjoy it. The result is spaces that are organised yet endlessly alive.
Sustainability naturally underpins everything I do: resourceful reuse of materials where possible, sourcing locally, and specifying planting on a right plant, right place basis to create resilient, location-appropriate schemes.
Who I work with
I work with private clients, architects and other designers — across many types of projects, from historical estates to urban or country gardens, challenging sites and public spaces. Each project responds uniquely to the client, the site and the location; materiality and planting chosen anew every time. I love developing a deep understanding of each client to deliver spaces that work for them as individuals.
Award winning background and credentials
Before founding my practice, I spent four years as Senior Designer at Tom Massey Studio, working across private and public projects and contributing to the planting team for five RHS Chelsea gardens and one Hampton Court show garden. I hold London College of Garden Design distinctions in both Garden Design and Construction Design, and have won and been highly commended at the Society of Landscape & Garden Student Design Awards across residential and commercial categories.
I bring 25 years of creative and design experience — across retail, events, branding and now garden design — to every project. That breadth gives me a strong instinct for design thinking and working collaboratively.

How I work
I work on a variety of residential and public gardens and also collaborate with architects, landscape architects, interior designers and fellow designers on larger commissions — contributing design concepts, detailing and planting expertise. I work with each client to find the right level of design input for every situation.
Three principles run through everything:
Creativity - strong ideas, clear structure, refined and considered detail.
Care - calm, honest guidance from brief to completion.
Collaboration - with landscapers, architects, craftspeople and nurseries, brought in early and coordinated so gardens are built beautifully and to last.
