I’m a garden designer focused on bringing Spatial Clarity and Wild Beauty to private and public landscapes.
I design gardens that feel intuitive to move through, generous in their sense of space, and rich with life — even in constrained settings. My work balances strong structure with expressive, seasonal planting to create spaces that are both calm and dynamic. They are not only beautiful, but practical to build — carefully costed and grounded in the realities of each site. I work closely with clients and collaborators to keep the process clear, calm and well-managed from start to completion.
Sustainability underpins my work, through thoughtful material reuse, local sourcing and a right plant, right place approach to create resilient, site-appropriate schemes.
I work with private clients, architects and designers, collaborating from early concept stages through to detailed design and planting. I take on projects ranging from planting-focused schemes — including my Ecotones planting design and supply service — through to full garden design, from small urban spaces to larger, more complex landscapes, each shaped around the client, the site and how the space will be used.
I produce clear design information at every stage — from concept visuals and 3D models through to full construction and planting packages — alongside cost estimates and tender documentation for accurate, comparable pricing. I remain closely involved during the build to ensure quality and design intent are carried through on site.
I’m known for a calm, friendly and collaborative approach — easy to work with, clear in communication and focused on keeping projects moving.
Before founding my practice, I was Senior Designer at Tom Massey Studio for four years, contributing to private and public projects as well as RHS Chelsea and Hampton Court show gardens. I hold distinctions from the London College of Garden Design in both Garden Design and Construction, have received awards from the Society of Landscape & Garden Designers, and am currently undertaking further planting design training with Tom Stuart-Smith and his team at Serge Hill.
I bring over 20 years of design experience across branding, retail and events, shaping a thoughtful and considered approach to every project.
Whether you’re a private client considering a garden project, or an architect or designer looking for a collaborative partner, every project starts with a conversation — so do get in touch.
